A dynamic mix of core, lower/upper body and cardio to build fire in your metabolism. Bodyweight, DB or KB and studio "toys" are used.

TABATA HIIT- 30min.

Bodyweight and studio "toys", combined with traditional Tabata timing (:20/:10) gives you some of the most efficient and effective ways to burn the maximum of fat in a minimal amount of time.

Tue. & Thurs.

HIIT the IRON-30min.

Learn how to trust yourself while building muscle and strength. Traditional lifting within our circuit training format.

Wed. & Sun.

KETTLEBELL COMPLEXES (AKA "FLOWS)-30min.

Using Kettlebells, we combine primal, conventional and unconventional movement patterns to give you a strong physical and mental foundation to your practice.

Fridays

55+ SENIORS CLASS-30min.

For our community of Wise Ones.  A little slower paced than regular sessions, but you won't catch us doing chair yoga! Balance, resistance training, core, & mobility.

Stretch, Flow, & Breathe in this gentle yoga class geared for all levels. This is not included with a Kinesi membership. We ask that you pay what you can afford at each class. Suggested donation is $10.
